The Doors were coming out with two brilliant albums, and Joel Brodsky was honored to photograph the American Poet. The cover album, taken by Brodsky, was nominated for a Grammy.

"Jim Morrison, NYC 1967" is connected to the theme because The Doors are known to be one of the main rock and roll artist in the era. Joel Brodsky was able to photograph the famous band, and show today's music that The Doors are here to stay. Joel Brodsky presents such a amazing photo of Jim Morrison that it is seen on pins, clothes, posters, etc. and we will continue to see this rock and roll sensation band in the future. I chose this photo because once again The Doors are one of my favorite rock and roll bands of all time. In addition, I have this photo taken by Joel Brodsky on a shirt. It is important to know what such great artists are being kept around and as well as the producer of the photograph.
